About the Project
Client: Price Waterhouse Cooper
A curved bar counter wraps around the kitchen with high-level seating, the shape being reinforced by the suspended light fittings above.
The main restaurant space comprises a large central area, with its distinctive light fittings, and bespoke artwork that were specially commissioned for the project. Tall ceilings are maintained throughout and features from the existing building retained where possible, incorporating features from the previous fire station where existing.
Two private dining rooms are accessed from the main restaurant, giving the option for special parties. The “wine gallery” incorporates features from a building that was demolished, whilst the chef’s library contains books that have been specially donated.
