Bayswater Residential Refurbishments

Raynham House was a 3-bedroom apartment that involved the rearrangement of the internal layout to optimise living spaces and to give an open plan feel. The contemporary ambience involved the selection of all finishes and the flat was sold fully furnished.

Lancaster Gate was also a 3-bedroom unit, arranged on three floors in a listed building.

Whilst the massive living room at first floor with its fine decorative plaster ceiling was retained, the ground floor comprising dining, kitchen and study was redesigned as were the bedrooms on the second floor. All furniture, fittings and fixtures formed part of the project.
