About the Project

This element of the project provides the home of the Cook School, but also the private dining rooms, which are essential to the viability of the restaurant operation.

The central kitchen is the space where the Apprentices learn their trade. It is, therefore, a functional space, first and foremost, with the donated fire painting in the background.

This is divided from the main function suite by a folding partition, enabling different events to be staged simultaneously.

The private dining rooms are then themed to the food markets of London where the food is sourced, thus, completing the message of the importance of food.
