About this project
When Warwick-Balfour Properties commandeered a shift of emphasis from residential to commercial projects Anne Machin and IKA followed.
The first was a project funded by Lazard for a mixed development scheme in Artillery Row for commercial offices, retail, underground parking and a self-contained block of residential flats.
Leman Street was one of the first buildings in the City to utilise frameless glass technology at its carefully detailed curved cladding from Permasteel Isa was considered to be groundbreaking.
Roseberry Avenue was another example of an institutional office with 35,000 ft2 of accommodation.
