Complete remodelling and extension of the existing bungalow to provide accommodation for holiday rentals. The improvements included the creation of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space requiring a modest side extension.
A raised deck was provided at the front of the house, with covered pergola, to enhance the feeling of space.
