About the Project

This fine building had been the banking headquarters of Cox and King, but it had been empty for several years. It contained some very special features, including the banking hall,  many of which were able to be incorporated into the public areas of the hotel.

These two projects, which involved the conversion of existing listed buildings to hotel use, were in prominent locations in Central London.

120, Park Lane became a Marriott Hotel with 80 bedrooms. It involved the conversion of an existing apartment block and a substantial extension on the site of a previous garage.
