The existing building was sensitively refurbished, whilst the extension was designed to provide a contrast, being provided with rendered facades, large aluminium windows and a louvered base for privacy to the ground floor rooms.
The accommodation provides 7 residential flats, together with 2 townhouses.
The refurbishment of the existing building included extensive brick restoration and cleaning, replacement windows that replicated the original and a new mansard roof with traditional dormer windows.
All fittings and finishes are bespoke and of a high standard, with integrated kitchens and wardrobes throughout.
